It's Easy To Forget This...

"I need that" is the most common response I get when I tell people about my work.

Because everyone knows they have feelings they hold back —— and talking about them isn't enough.

So when I ⁣describe the physicality that allows people to access their repressed emotions, almost everyone immediately gets it.

This wasn't the case 20 years ago when I started. But now somatic therapy has gone mainstream, and most people understand that to release ourselves from the grip of our emotions we must be willing to experience them.

This is why I'm more passionate about my work than ever.

But most especially about my live workshops.

Because as AI takes us even deeper into the digital world, prioritizing human connection becomes non-negotiable.

That's why I keep my social calendar full.

And why I emphasis in-person experience and community.

Don't get me wrong, I love my AI agent, but it doesn't have a nervous system. It can't feel me.

Only other humans can do that.

Which is why I think this technological revolution, and the crisis it's creating, is an opportunity to remember what we all know is true: our deepest longing is for connection —— to ourselves, to each other, and to the Divine.

Hi Friends, I've always had a hard time explaining to people exactly what it is I do. ⁣ "I'm a somatic practitioner, trained in Core Energetics. I help people understand and feel their feelings. And the reason it's important to feel your feelings is..." This is where it can get a bit esoteric, and my explanation always feels incomplete and unsatisfying. It's not that I think people don't get it. They do. Because we all instinctively know that repressing or hiding our emotions creates problems...

Gentlemen – Have you seen my therapy-style interviews with Andrew Tate, Justin Waller, Candy Ken, Danny Morel and others? They're unique and interesting (if I do say so myself), because they reveal these men in ways they've never been seen before. And there's a sense of suspense that's created because of it. It's compelling content. Have you ever thought about what it would be like to be in the hot-seat with me? To reveal yourself in that way? If so, I'm starting a YouTube series featuring...

Hey All — I’ve been watching Joe Hudson’s live coaching calls on YouTube. They’re really good. But I keep thinking: “I could do it better!” Well, maybe not better — just different. Most of you are probably aware of the therapy-style interviews I’ve done with Andrew Tate, Blair White, Pearl Davis, and others. If not, you can check them out on my YouTube. But after watching Joe Hudson, I thought it might be interesting to do some interviews with “regular people,” not just controversial internet...
